She is young and energetic and is serving the Company for more than a decade. She, with her new and fresh ideas will bring positive and remarkable changes in the Company.

Mr. Manu Jain

Mr. Manu Jain is a graduate from Delhi University, a Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Law graduate from Delhi University. He has vast Knowledge of Law, Finance & Accounts. He started his career in Shivkamal Impex Limited and was appointed as Non-Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. September 2018.

Mr. Lavkush Mishra

Mr. Lavkush Mishra has completed his Masters of Commerce and his experience, dedication and knowledge in management has helped the Board. He has been associated with the Company since June 2008 and has been the director serving the longest tenure on Board.

Ms. Heena Jain

Ms Heena Jain is an Associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also a law graduate. She has more than 5 years of working experience and expertise in the field of corporate law and legal and statutory compliances

Ms. Abhishek Agarwal

Non-Executive Independent Director

Mr Abhishek Agarwal is a Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having post qualification experience of over 18 years in GST, Income Tax, controlling of accounts, Statutory Audits, Internal Audits and Tax Audits. His past engagements include working in large corporates and Big4 consulting Firm
